Is the extension really free?
Yes. There is no premium tier, no paywall, no ads. If it saves you time and you want to support development, donations are welcome but never required.
Does it collect my data?
No. The extension reads the URL and DOM of pages you visit (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello) only to detect ticket fields. Templates live in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server.
Does it work with both Jira Server and Jira Cloud?
Yes. Jira Server uses the legacy editor, Jira Cloud uses ProseMirror with ADF — the extension detects which is which and adapts the insert.
How does Azure DevOps support work?
Templates can target Azure DevOps work items by Work Item Type and target field (Description, Repro Steps, Acceptance Criteria). The same autofill model from Jira applies.
Can I share templates with my team?
Yes — export to a JSON file or copy a URL. Teammates import via the options page. On import you choose merge or overwrite so existing templates aren't lost.
Is it Manifest V3?
Yes. As of 2026.4.16 the extension is Manifest V3 across Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
Does it work offline?
Templates are stored in your browser, so the extension itself works offline. Of course, Jira and Azure DevOps need their own connections.
